Job summary

Hicks Automotive Group in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a friendly Porter to help keep the service drive and customer lounge tidy while supporting service staff. You will shuttle customers, park vehicles, and assist advisors as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a positive, can-do attitude. Flexible weekends and a reliable commute are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Positive attitude and willingness to improve.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every day, with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Keep service drive clean and orderly, keep the customer lounge clean and orderly.
• Park incoming customer cars and stage customer vehicles for pickup.
• Provide support for the service advisors by assisting when needed.
• Drive the shuttle to pick up and deliver customers as needed.
• Make key tags for service vehicles using Keytrack.
• Wash vehicles when needed, clean facility when needed.
• Must always keep a neat clean appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
