As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at our Market Hubs, coordinating with team members to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. • This is a part-time position

Earn and Grow!

Starting hourly rate of $15 with opportunities for growth based on performance, including:

• Starting Pay: $15/hr
• At 3 Months: $15.25/hr
• At 6 Months: $15.50/hr
• At 9 Months: $15.75/hr
• At 12 Months: $16/hr

Through our Careers Not Jobs program, eligible team members can increase pay by $0.25 every 90 days with four merit opportunities annually.

We seek enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players to:

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, cosmetic, and drivability concerns
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Maintain regular attendance

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (desirable)
• Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record for 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and carry for 20 feet
• Stand for extended periods, in various environments, with frequent movement and use of safety equipment
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
