Overview

We have a great opportunity for a Full Time Lot Attendant (40 hours) at our OMAHA, NE location! Starting pay $15.00/hr! We are looking for an employee to commit to 40 hours within the hours of Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5PM.

The Lot Attendant will inspect vehicles from transporters for damage, complete delivery receipts, check in vehicles, organize the lot, perform light vehicle maintenance, and other duties assigned by the manager, all completed safely and promptly. This is a primarily outdoor position, so willingness to work in various weather conditions is required.

Responsibilities

The Lot Attendant is responsible for the care and maintenance of the vehicles and the lot, including:

1. Inspecting and documenting the condition of incoming vehicles.
2. Performing basic maintenance checks: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside the vehicle.
3. Working with vendors.
4. Removing fuel from vehicles using a de-fueling station.
5. Cleaning vehicle exteriors manually or with washing equipment.
6. Working independently or as part of a team.
7. Driving and delivering vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all traffic laws, including riding with or following another driver for vehicle drop-offs or pickups.
8. Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least 6 months of prior work experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to accept a starting wage of $14.00 per hour.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, excluding religious holidays, within the hours of Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM.
