Beaverton Kia is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-service-oriented Lot Porter to join our growing team right now!Schedule to fill is Monday/Tuesday/Friday, usually 11 am to 8 pm, Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 8 pm (end of shifts vary due to business need and customer interactions).

As a Lot Porter, you’ll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by keeping our vehicles spotless inside and out, moving cars efficiently throughout our dealership, and proudly representing the Kia brand. Whether you’re preparing vehicles for delivery, keeping our lots sharp, or assisting customers with a smile, you’ll be a key part of what makes Beaverton Kia shine.

What We're Looking For:

Passion for customer service and teamwork

Willingness to be active – you’ll walk several miles a day!

Comfort working outdoors in all weather

Prior experience as a Porter or in a dealership setting is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do:

Drive and park vehicles throughout the dealership and service areas

Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and out

Answer customer questions with professionalism and courtesy

Wear the Kia uniform with pride as a brand ambassador

Learn new skills and grow within the company

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Keep sales lot well groomed

· Maintain customer parking in Kia service lot

· Seat cover, floor mat and alignment check on every incoming vehicle

· Park incoming vehicles in lot

· Pull scheduled waiting vehicles into shop (wash first if there is no space available in shop)

· Shuttle customers as needed

· Maintain customer lounge for cleanliness and full inventory (coffee, drinks, snacks, etc.)

· Plus other task as requested
