Overview

Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands, and has frequently been named one of the top places to work.

We are seeking a responsible, dedicated individual to join our team as a Lot Attendant at our Latham location. The Driver will move vehicles between rental facilities and the inventory lot, handle registrations and plates, and may also deliver vehicles and, in some cases, customers, employees, or vendors safely and promptly to designated locations while providing courteous and professional customer service.

The current pay for this position is $18.50/hour, with opportunities for annual merit increases based on performance. The position is located at 11 Northway Lane, Latham, NY 12110.

The part-time schedule options are:

• Monday-Friday 7:30am-12:30pm
• Monday-Friday 11am-4pm

Responsibilities

• General Responsibilities:
• Coordinate vehicle movements including daily rentals, branch-to-branch moves, trips to repair shops, delete runs, out-of-town trips, NCS deliveries, remarketing to dealers, and vehicle acquisitions such as paperwork pickup and key tag creation.
• Organize teams to ensure efficient completion of assigned runs.
• Ensure all vehicles are accurately tracked and signed for.
• Move vehicles within the lot or facility as directed by management.
• Maintain vehicle inventory, which requires outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Organize the lot safely and efficiently.
• Maintain security measures for keys and vehicle access.
• Serve as a point of contact for the driver team as needed.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as shuttling cars and data collection from internal systems.

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:

• Light physical effort, including handling objects up to 10 pounds.
• Extended periods of standing, walking, and bending.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility in working hours.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Reside within a reasonable commute (no more than 1 hour from the location).
• At least six (6) months of prior work or organizational experience.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
