Suburban Subaru of Troy, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring a Lot Attendant for immediate opening. The role focuses on organizing and maintaining the dealership's vehicle inventory, keeping the lot clean and customer-ready, and preparing vehicles for delivery.

This is a hands-on, outdoor, fast-paced position on the Suburban Subaru lot. Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable driving a wide variety of vehicles.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to multitask with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Organize, move, and maintain vehicle inventory on the dealership lot.
• Keep the lot clean, professional, and customer-ready.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery, including fueling, washing, and tire checks.
• Install and maintain vehicle pricing information and displays; transport vehicles as needed.
• Assist with dealership errands and support daily operations.
• Organize vehicle keys, lock boxes, and license plates.
• Support the sales team by ensuring vehicles are accessible and presentation-ready.

Looking for a hands-on role with a respected dealership? Suburban Subaru is seeking one dependable Lot Attendant to help keep our inventory organized, our lot looking great, and our vehicles ready for customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a fast-paced dealership team.

What You'll Do

• Organize, move, and maintain vehicle inventory on the dealership lot
• Keep the lot clean, professional, and customer-ready
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery, including fueling, washing, and checking tire pressure
• Install and maintain vehicle pricing information and displaysTransport vehicles between locations as needed
• Assist with dealership errands and support daily operations
• Organize vehicle keys, lock boxes, and license plates
• Support the sales team by ensuring vehicles are accessible and presentation-ready

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
