Job summary

Suburban Subaru of Troy is seeking one hands-on Lot Attendant to organize inventory, keep the lot clean, and prep vehicles for delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working around cars and staying active throughout the day.

You will organize, move, and maintain inventory, ensure a professional customer-ready lot, and support the sales team by keeping vehicles accessible and presentation-ready. The position includes opportunities for career growth within Lithia & Driveway.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Organize, move, and maintain vehicle inventory on the dealership lot.
• Keep the lot clean, professional, and customer-ready.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery, including fueling, washing, and checking tire pressure.
• Install and maintain vehicle pricing information and displays.
• Transport vehicles between locations as needed.
• Assist with dealership errands and support daily operations.
• Organize vehicle keys, lock boxes, and license plates.
• Support the sales team by ensuring vehicles are accessible and presentation-ready.
