Job summary

Honda of Bridgewater is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant / Driver to maintain the vehicle inventory, stage vehicles, and transport cars as needed. The role supports the sales and service teams by keeping the lot organized and ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, the ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions (preferred), and a strong sense of reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual (preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the lot.
• Park, stage, and move vehicles as directed.
• Drive vehicles between dealership locations (dealer swaps).
• Pick up and deliver vehicles to customers or other dealerships.
• Keep lot clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Install dealer plates and ensure vehicles are properly tagged.
• Assist sales and service teams as needed.
• Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, battery, etc.).

Position Overview

The Lot Attendant / Driver plays a key role in maintaining the organization, flow, and presentation of our vehicle inventory. This position supports the sales and service departments by ensuring vehicles are clean, properly staged, and transported safely when needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the lot
• Park, stage, and move vehicles as directed
• Drive vehicles between dealership locations (dealer swaps)
• Pick up and deliver vehicles to customers or other dealerships
• Keep lot clean, organized, and free of debris
• Install dealer plates and ensure vehicles are properly tagged
• Assist sales and service teams as needed
• Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel levels, battery condition, etc.)
