Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Lot Attendant at the BWI Admin Building, Hanover MD. You will move and position vehicles for servicing, transport and rental, focusing on customer needs and quality standards. The role starts at $17.50 per hour and follows a multi-day schedule at the Hanover site.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, inventory tracking, lot organization, and ensuring punctual attendance. Benefits include PTO, health and retirement options, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Background check including driving history (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years).
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns; report warning lights and damages; pull vehicle from prep processing as needed.
• Daily physical inventory tracking and reconciliation.
• Organization of the parking lot(s).
• Tracking of outgoing inventory.
• Lot security.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Self-assessment and training to improve performance; goal setting.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Overview The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Lot Attendant located at BWI Admin Building, 7434 Valley Road, Hanover MD. The Lot Attendant is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations for servicing, transport and/or rental. The lot attendant will perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. This pay for this position starts at $17.50 / hour.

• Monday 7am-3:30pm
• Tuesday 7am-3:30pm
• Wednesday OFF
• Thursday OFF

Qualifications

• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old
