Job Title: Lot Attendant

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Lot Attendant to join our team. We offer a supportive environment where you can establish and grow your career. Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and move vehicles around the lot.
• Confirm receipt of new cars and verify serial numbers against invoices.
• Park and retrieve vehicles for sales and service customers.
• Organize vehicles on the lot and manage customer parking.
• Shuttle customers and vehicles between facilities.
• Ensure vehicles are clean before delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer entrances and perform minor property maintenance.
• Manage the loaner fleet, including preparation, cleaning, inspection, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
• Physical stamina to move around the lot and interact with customers
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform activities like pulling, pushing, bending, standing, and reaching
