Job summary

ALCAR ITALIA S.R.L. is seeking a motivated Lot Attendant to oversee asset repossession operations on-site in Youngstown, OH. You will work independently, maintain the lot, and coordinate with office staff, debtors, and transporters.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and basic computer skills are required. Responsibilities include cleaning repossessed vehicles, bagging/tagging items, inventory control, programming keys, and meeting repossession goals while maintaining a professional

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proven ability and experience working in an outside environment without direct supervision
• Previous law enforcement or military experience a plus
• Basic mechanical ability

Responsibilities

We are a rapidly growing asset recovery company and need someone to run our lot in Younstown. Do you like the outdoors? Are you comfortable working alone? Are you a self-starter? Are you a good communicator? Are you trustworthy? If yes, we need you.

Your responsibilities will include:

-cleaning out vehicles once they are repossessed and bagging and tagging the personal property

-communicating with the office, debtors, transporters and the agents

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS and WORK EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Proven ability and experience working in an outside environment without direct supervision

Previous law enforcement or military a plus

Basic mechanical ability

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Basic computer skills including internet and email, own a smartphone with service

You must have a clean driving record, pass a background and drug test

Clean, presentable appearance, reliable, strong work ethic and loyal

Able to read, write and speak English withreasonablecapability to be able to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors

Meet the attendance schedule and repossession goals as agreed to with your supervisor
