Mercedes-Benz Van Center of Vancouver in Vancouver, WA is seeking an entry-level Lot Attendant to move, stage, and organize Sprinter vans on the lot. You’ll inspect vehicles for damage, assist with deliveries, and keep the lot safe and presentable, all while upholding brand standards.

No prior automotive experience is required; a valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced lot environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle physical work and stay active during shifts.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfort driving large commercial vans and moving them in a busy lot.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and organize new and pre-owned Sprinter vans and commercial vehicles across the lot -- ensuring inventory is positioned correctly, accessible, and presented professionally
• Inspect vehicles during lot moves and flag any visible damage, low fuel, or maintenance needs to the appropriate team member
• Deliver and retrieve vehicles for guests as needed -- including loaner vehicles and customer drop-offs -- with professionalism and care
• Support the service and sales teams with vehicle movement during busy periods, deliveries, and lot reorganization
• Keep the lot organized, safe, and navigable throughout the day -- monitoring vehicle placement and flagging hazards
• Assist with basic vehicle prep -- fueling, washing, and staging vehicles for delivery or display as directed

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Comfortable driving large vehicles including full-size commercial vans -- Mercedes-Benz Sprinters are substantial, and confidence moving them safely in a lot environment matters
• Reliable, punctual, and self-directed -- the lot runs on consistency and the team depends on you being there and following through
• Physically active role -- expect to be on your feet and moving throughout the shift
• No automotive experience required -- we'll train everything you need to know about our operation
