Job summary

Serra Toyota in Milwaukee is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant / Shuttle Driver to keep the lot clean and organized, move vehicles safely, and shuttle customers between locations.

You must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, and you should enjoy a fast-paced team environment. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, with Toyota factory training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from their destinations using dealership shuttle vehicles.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as needed.
• Drive vehicles to and from vendors, rental facilities, and other locations.
• Assist with vehicle transfers between dealership departments and locations.
• Maintain a clean and organized dealership lot.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Park and move customer, dealership, and service vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized vehicle lot and ensure vehicles are parked in the proper locations.
• Transport customers to and from their destinations using dealership shuttle vehicles.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as needed.
• Drive vehicles to and from vendors, rental facilities, and other locations.
• Assist with vehicle transfers between dealership departments and locations.
• Maintain a clean and organized dealership lot.
• Clean and maintain dealership bathrooms, windows, trash areas, and common areas.
• Empty trash and keep the property looking clean and professional.
• Assist the Service, Sales, Parts, and Body Shop departments as needed.
• Coordinate customer shuttle transportation and rental vehicle needs.
• Communicate professionally with customers and dealership employees.
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
• Follow Toyota and dealership processes and procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record.
• Previous Lot Attendant, Porter, Shuttle Driver, or dealership experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable driving customer and dealership vehicles.
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical duties associated with maintaining the dealership property.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
