Job summary

America's Car-Mart is seeking a dynamic Automotive Detailer in Texas to join our friendly team. If you have experience detailing vehicles, strong customer service skills, and a passion for creating positive customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

As part of our team, you will service vehicles on the lot, assist customers during test drives when needed, maintain the lot, and adhere to company policies. This is an on-site, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive detailing.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Passion for creating positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Detail and merchandise automobiles for sale on the lot.
• Occasionally escort customers on test drives and answer vehicle questions.
• Patrol the lot for trash and debris; secure lot and vehicles nightly.
• Service vehicles with gasoline, oil, water, and minor repairs; issue work orders.
• Observe safety and security procedures.
• Follow company policies and support mission, vision and ethics.
• Attend daily to ensure duties are completed on time.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Details and merchandise automobiles to be displayed for sale at the lot.
• Occasionally escorts customers on test drives and helps answer any questions they have about the vehicle.
• Patrols lot for trash and debris, secures lot and vehicles each night.
• Services automobiles with gasoline, oil, water, and minor repairs; issues work orders.
• Observes safety and security procedures.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager.
• Follow company policies and procedures and support the company mission, vision, values, and standards of ethics.
• Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
