Job summary

America's Car-Mart in Sherwood, AR is seeking an Automotive Detailer to join our team. If you have experience detailing vehicles and delivering great customer service, we want to hear from you.

As part of our team you will detail and merchandise cars for sale, assist customers on test drives, and ensure the lot is clean and secure every night, while following safety procedures and company policies.

• Experience in automotive detailing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to interact with diverse customers

Responsibilities

• Detail and merchandise automobiles for sale on the lot
• Occasionally escort customers on test drives and answer questions about vehicles
• Patrol the lot for trash and debris and secure vehicles nightly
• Service vehicles with basic fluids and perform minor repairs; issue work orders
• Observe safety and security procedures
• Follow company policies and support the company's mission and values
• Maintain daily attendance to ensure duties are completed on time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Details and merchandise automobiles to be displayed for sale at the lot.
• Occasionally escorts customers on test drives and helps answer any questions they have about the vehicle.
• Patrols lot for trash and debris, secures lot and vehicles each night.
• Services automobiles with gasoline, oil, water, and minor repairs; issues work orders.
• Observes safety and security procedures.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager.
• Follow company policies and procedures and support the company mission, vision, values, and standards of ethics.
• Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
