Job summary

Audi Gilbert is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant / Service Porter to support our dealership operations and Service Department. This role involves maintaining an organized vehicle lot, safely moving vehicles, and assisting Service Advisors and technicians while providing a welcoming experience for customers.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury automotive environment. High school diploma and valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, organize, and retrieve dealership and customer vehicles.
• Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
• Support Service Advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and staging.
• Secure and organize vehicle keys.
• Assist with locating and transporting vehicles as needed.
• Assist with shuttle or customer transportation duties when assigned.
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
• May work indoors or outdoors and be exposed to vehicle traffic and varying conditions.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
