Blackstone Toyota of Fresno is seeking a dependable Part-Time Lot Attendant / Service Lot Porter to join our Service Department. You will help keep the service drive organized and move customer vehicles as needed.

This position is great for students or anyone looking for part-time hours. We operate 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, seven days a week, and we work with most school schedules. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Service Department.
• Keep the service drive organized and moving.
• Stage customer vehicles in designated areas.
• Retrieve vehicles after service is completed.
• Assist with dropping off and picking up vehicles.
• Retrieve and organize vehicle keys.
• Help maintain cleanliness of the lot and surrounding areas.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and Cashiers.
• Assist other team members to keep operations running smoothly.

Blackstone Toyota of Fresno is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Part-Time Lot Attendant / Service Lot Porter to join our Service Department.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time employment, including students. We work with most school schedules. Our Service Department is open 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, seven days a week.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT

A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.

This position requires employees to regularly operate, park, stage, and retrieve customer vehicles. Applicants must be able to safely operate a variety of vehicles.

Position Responsibilities

As a Lot Attendant / Service Lot Porter, you will help keep our Service Department organized, clean, and moving efficiently throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers as they arrive in the Service Department
• Providing a friendly and welcoming customer experience
• Keeping the service drive organized and moving efficiently
• Staging customer vehicles in designated areas
• Retrieving and bringing vehicles up for customers when service is completed
• Working closely with Service Advisors and Cashiers
• Retrieving and organizing vehicle keys as needed
• Assisting customers with dropping off and picking up their vehicles
• Moving vehicles throughout the dealership property as directed
• Keeping the service lot and surrounding areas clean and presentable
• Picking up trash and helping maintain the overall appearance of the dealership
• Helping keep customer and employee areas organized
• Assisting with various Service Department tasks throughout the day
• Helping other team members as needed to keep the department operating efficiently

Schedule

Our Service Department operates 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, seven days a week.

We understand that many part-time employees are students, and we work with most school schedules. Availability will be coordinated based on the needs of the department and the employee's school schedule.
