Sport Automotive is seeking an energetic, reliable Automotive Lot Attendant / Porter in Silver Spring, MD. You will move, park, and organize service vehicles across the lot, keep the shop area clean, and transport vehicles between locations. Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety procedures closely.

Responsibilities

• Move, park, and organize service vehicles across dealership lots to maximize space and efficiency.
• Keep the main shop area clean, organized, and free of hazards to support service department efficiency.
• Transport vehicles to and from off-site storage lots, detail bays, paint shops, or satellite locations safely.
• Greet arriving service customers, install protective covers, and retrieve finished vehicles promptly.

Position Overview

• Shop Maintenance & Organization: Keep the main shop area clean, organized, and free of hazards to support overall service department efficiency.
• Transport & Delivery: Transport vehicles to and from off-site storage lots, detail bays, paint shops, or satellite locations safely.
• Guest Assistance: Greet arriving service customers, install protective covers (floor mats, seat covers), and retrieve finished vehicles promptly.
• Facility Maintenance: Help keep the service drive, drive-in reception areas, and service entrance & shop clean, clear, and free of debris.
