Job description

Lot Attendant/Detailer

Parkway in Dover, OH, serving New Philadelphia, OH, and Canton, OH, is a leader in the automotive industry in our area. Since opening, we have maintained a strong commitment to our customers.

Responsibilities

1. Detail vehicles' exterior and interior using cleaning solutions, water, cloths, and brushes.
2. Shuttle customers to and from destinations requested when their vehicle is in for service.
3. Maintain the appearance and performance of new and used vehicle inventory by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles.
4. Place vehicle stock documentation in vehicles as requested.
5. Keep the inventory lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the Service Manager and according to dealership display standards.
6. Maintain the facility by emptying trash cans, tidying service bays, cleaning driveways and sidewalks, and removing snow and debris as necessary.
7. Fuels new and used vehicle deliveries as directed by the General Manager or Service Manager.

Qualifications

1. Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug screening.
2. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
3. High School Diploma or equivalent.
4. Outgoing, upbeat personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
6. Reliable transportation and attendance.
7. Authorized to work in the United States.
8. Dealership experience is not required. Willing to undergo background checks and drug screening as per local laws.
