Paramount Recovery Services Inc. is hiring for a full-time role in Chico, CA, with a Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm schedule.

The position entails receiving vehicles, processing paperwork, performing lot maintenance, and assisting customers to release vehicles while maintaining strict safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to act discreetly and communicate effectively.
• Proven ability to work without direct supervision while following directions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (minimum 22 for insurance).
• Willingness to work holidays or overtime on weekends as needed.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents or third‑party vendors.
• Clean out vehicles and bag/tag personal property.
• Inventory vehicles, property, and equipment at the lot.
• Work with customers to release vehicles and confirm paperwork.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking to fill this full‑time position immediately. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and motivated candidate looking for a stable weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents or third‑party vendors.
• Clean out vehicles when they return to the lot. Bag and tag all personal property.
• Conduct inventory of vehicles, property, and equipment at the lot.
• Work with customers, both internal and external, to release vehicles. Confirm all necessary paperwork.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lot.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to act in a discreet manner.
• Proven ability to work without direct supervision, yet follow directions and effectively communicate with others.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes).
• Familiarity with a smartphone and tablet; ability to troubleshoot minor connectivity issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to work holidays or overtime on the weekends as needed.
