Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Chestnut Hill, MA is seeking a part-time Front End Customer Service Team member. You will ensure customers end their shopping trips with a positive experience, engaging in friendly conversation and handling bagged items while keeping the area safe and welcoming.

You’ll help by maintaining the parking lot, gathering carts, and offering assistance during inclement weather. Excellent customer interaction is essential to convert first-time shoppers into loyal Wegmans

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, including weekends.
• Part time availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, gather shopping carts and pick up garbage.
• Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling.
• Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank the customer for shopping at Wegmans.
