Position Overview
Daily supervision and direction of outlet service staff. Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality standards for outlets. Interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend daily line-ups to ensure grooming guidelines and standards are set for the day. Communicate station allocation, side works, F&B specials, and daily events.
- Ensure meals are served professionally and timely by circulating within the outlet and communicating with the kitchen and order takers.
- Handle guest complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor and supervise setup and maintenance of the service area to ensure standards are met.
- Interact positively with customers, promoting The Ranch's facilities and services.
- Resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties.
- Answer telephones clearly, coordinate, and document reservations.
- Maintain communication with all departments to meet customer service needs.
- Visually monitor food quality and service standards throughout the facility and kitchen areas.
- Verify temperatures, judge appearance and taste of products, and check preparation methods for quality.
- Guide improvements and make adjustments for consistency.
- Assist in completing reports on production and requisitions, and regulate supply distribution.
Note: Other related duties may be assigned as required.
Supportive Functions
This position may require performing additional functions such as providing direct guest service, including order taking, serving, bussing, and cashier duties.
Education and Licensing
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum three years in food and beverage service, with at least one year in a supervisory or management role. Experience in high-level fine dining and a hotel/resort environment is preferred.
Grooming
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per The Ranch standards.

Skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English; good communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and evaluate staff, and analyze data.
- Knowledge of The Ranch operations, food and beverage, and basic computer skills.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
Physical Demands
- Work indoors and outdoors, in various temperatures, for extended periods.
- Stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and maneuver equipment as needed.
- Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and manual dexterity.
Other
Regular attendance and flexibility in work schedule are essential. Compliance with company rules is mandatory.
