Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Lost & Found Clerk at Beau Rivage in Biloxi. You will log, organize, and process lost items, contacting owners and coordinating returns with guests and hotel staff. This role supports the Security Department and requires professional, courteous service.

The position is full time with standard day shifts; flexibility is needed for business needs. A high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required, with prior admin experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Log, sort, store, and process lost and found items per dept procedures.
• Identify and contact owners of lost belongings.
• Coordinate collection of items from hotel floors and other areas.
• Prepare items for shipment and coordinate return to guests.
• Organize unclaimed items for donation.
• File lost and found docs and Security reports.
• Answer multi-line calls and relay messages for Security.
• Prepare and organize security and lost/found records for retention.
• Maintain accurate records and protect information confidentiality.
