Job summary

• Oversee all Loss Prevention activities and investigations.
• Detect and deter theft and apprehend suspects as needed.
• Monitor cash over/shorts and perform audits via exception-based reporting.
• Work with Inventory Control to reduce shrink and improve inventory accuracy.
• Maintain and ensure locking, CCTV, and alarm systems operate properly.
• Train and supervise Loss Prevention team members.
• Oversee safety and security of premises, employees and customers.
