Job summary

UNIQLO in Union Square is hiring a Loss Prevention Supervisor to maintain a safe shopping environment and oversee inventory control. The role reports to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager, leading safety training and shrink reduction initiatives.

Starting pay is $31.50–$32.50 per hour with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K and paid time off. The position requires availability, travel within the area, and a strong emphasis on confidentiality and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of computer applications including security software, CCTV, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local law.
• Knowledge of surveillance equipment and installations.
• Ability to travel to stores within assigned area.
• Must be able to stand or walk sales floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Train store team members on loss prevention and safety policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensure LP team can identify, apprehend and detain shoplifters by following company guidelines.
• Build productive relationships with store leadership team and associates.
• Lead associate awareness efforts and generate leads pertaining to internal investigations.
• Focus on inventory management; investigate issues and educate team on procedures.
• Ensure compliance and understanding of shortage reduction strategies.
• Work with Leadership to strengthen LP culture.
• Partner with LP Manager to ensure policy compliance.
• Inspect compliance to safety policy and provide direction and training.
