Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client video and Point of Sale data to identify theft and operational issues
• Accurately document findings and maintain detailed records
• Complete audits within specified timeframes and meet weekly deadlines
• Collaborate with other Loss Prevention Specialists and maintain communication with the Team Leader
• Attend regular training and departmental meetings to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in loss prevention support, retail, restaurants, customer service, or a similar field
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Experience with cash registers and in a restaurant setting
• Previous experience in loss prevention
• Familiarity with video-based technology solutions
• Ability to learn new web applications quickly
