R+L Carriers is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to support Corporate & Regional Security at our Wilmington, Ohio Service Center. Qualified applicants will assist in and help resolve claims, shortages, and security incidents by analyzing data and identifying effective resolutions. Leverage video management systems, access control tools, and documentation software to support company investigations and ensure accurate case updates and tracking, all with a focus on preventing future losses.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to self-start, prioritize and multi-task
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • High school or equivalent


Preferred:

  • 1 year of experience in investigations
  • Familiarity with VMS, access control and case management systems
