  • Partner closely with the Senior Loss Prevention Specialist and Loss Prevention Specialist on site-level investigations, loss prevention programs, and process initiatives across the network.
  • Manage and coordinate security staff, supporting the maintenance of physical security programs and ensuring consistent application of loss prevention protocols.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, human resources, and other support teams to align on shrink reduction strategies and build a loss prevention-rich environment.

  • Foster a culture of commitment to shrink reduction that protects inventory integrity and ensures fans receive accurate, complete orders.
  • Verify inventory integrity within the location to support reliable fulfillment and a consistent fan experience.

  • Assist with departmental projects across the network that contribute to a safer, more secure fulfillment environment for fans and teammates alike.

  • Utilize CCTV systems and exception reports proactively to identify patterns, detect anomalies, and mitigate shrink before losses escalated.

  • Monitor behavior and report unusual activity, bringing a proactive and analytical mindset to loss prevention challenges within the site.

Capabilities & Experience You Bring
  • Previous loss prevention experience, preferably within a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize CCTV systems and exception reporting tools to identify and mitigate shrink.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations with composure, sound judgment, and a clear action orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with site leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to multitask, self-manage, and operate independently under off-site supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in support of operational needs.
