Fanatics is seeking a Fulfillment & Manufacturing Supervisor for our Miramar, FL facility. You will lead and develop a large hourly team across shipping, receiving, and order processing, delivering safer, more accurate operations through data‑driven improvements.

You will partner with HR and operations to forecast staffing and sustain peak‑period performance, while upholding Fanatics' BOLD leadership and customer‑obsessed standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing large hourly teams (25+ employees) in high‑volume environments such as manufacturing, fulfillment/distribution, or call centers.
  • Strong background in coaching, performance management, and employee development, with a track record of building and sustaining high‑performing teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement process improvements that drive measurable results in productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is strongly preferred.

As we continue to scale our global platform, the Fulfillment & Manufacturing Supervisor will play a critical role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy across high-volume fulfillment and manufacturing operations.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Fulfillment & Manufacturing Supervisor leads and develops large hourly teams within our Miramar, Florida Fulfillment & Manufacturing facility, ensuring operational excellence across shipping, receiving, and order processing. This role combines hands‑on floor leadership with data‑driven process improvement to optimize workflows, forecast staffing needs, and sustain high performance through peak demand periods and beyond. The Fulfillment & Manufacturing Supervisor delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI‑enabled insights.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)

Cross‑Functional Leadership:

  • Partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, policies, and procedures that drive efficiency and scalability across the fulfillment and manufacturing operation.
  • Collaborate with HR, workforce planning, and operational teams to forecast staffing needs, coordinate hiring, and ensure seamless onboarding of new team members during peak and non‑peak periods.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, influencing peers and leaders through clear verbal, written, and presentation‑based engagement in standups, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of up to 300 hourly Athletes, applying performance management practices to reward, develop, and retain top talent while resolving personnel matters in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Maintain a strong, visible presence on the warehouse floor, fostering a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous development that empowers every team member to perform at their best.
  • Actively participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to ensure the team is staffed with the right talent to meet operational demands and uphold Fanatics' standards.

  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and order processing activities to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment that directly supports a seamless and high‑quality fan experience.
  • Review, prioritize, and organize daily operational activities to maintain high standards of productivity, reliability, and order accuracy that fans and partners depend on.
  • Maintain rigorous compliance with safety programs, guidelines, and required training to protect employees and uphold the operational integrity that underpins every fan‑facing outcome.
  • Drive operational excellence during peak demand periods to ensure the fulfillment and manufacturing facility meets fan expectations at scale, without compromise on quality or accuracy.

  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, surface root causes, and execute targeted solutions that improve throughput, reduce errors, and enhance overall performance.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to continuously evaluate and optimize workflows across the fulfillment and manufacturing operation.
  • Leverage warehouse management systems and digital tools to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements that raise the operational baseline.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience managing large hourly teams (25+ employees) in high‑volume environments such as manufacturing, fulfillment/distribution, or call centers.
  • Strong background in coaching, performance management, and employee development, with a track record of building and sustaining high‑performing teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement process improvements that drive measurable results in productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and hands‑on experience with warehouse management systems in a fast‑paced operational environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and leaders at all levels and present confidently in diverse settings including standups, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is strongly preferred.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment, with schedule flexibility to support extended hours, weekends, and holidays during peak periods.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
