Responsibilities

• Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud in the store.
• Support safety and environmental program compliance.
• Identify incidents of theft and fraud and document them with accurate case reports.
• Review CCTV and exception reports to identify irregular activity.
• Monitor the store's physical security and audit Electronic Article Surveillance systems.
• Drive a shrink-elimination culture in the store.
• Preserve evidence and interact with law enforcement; testify in court actions if required.
