Job summary

Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. is seeking a full-time In-Store Loss Prevention Officer to protect customers, staff and property. You will patrol stores, maintain a visible presence, deter threats and respond to incidents while upholding company policies.

Job Description – Overview

The Loss Prevention Department for Hobby Lobby is currently seeking a full‑time In‑Store Loss Prevention Officer to help protect our stores. Must have previous loss prevention, security, law enforcement, or military experience.

As a Loss Prevention Officer, your primary focus is to provide protection to customers, employees, and property by patrolling and maintaining a visible presence to deter potential threats and suspicious activity, responding to security incidents, upholding company policies and procedures, and greeting customers.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Starting hourly wage: $26.00–$27.00 an hour.
