Description

We are hiring a Loss Prevention Officer.

Are you dependable, able to maintain composure, and value a team-oriented environment? If so, this role might be right for you. You will help ensure the safety of our owners, guests, and staff, and maintain security measures on hotel premises. The position requires customer service skills, safety consciousness, and dependability. Your role will include protecting hotel assets, including the building, grounds, and equipment, and assisting guests and staff with security concerns.

Role Summary:

This position is responsible for safeguarding hotel property, assets, guests, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patrol hotel property to ensure safety and security.
  2. Respond to house calls and assist guests and staff regarding safety and hotel operations.
  3. Investigate crimes and incidents, document reports, and follow up as necessary.
  4. Assist injured or ill guests or employees, ensuring proper documentation.
  5. Monitor security systems, including cameras and alarm systems, and secure building access points.
