• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Greet customers with a friendly, confident greeting and engage respectfully.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious behavior to the Manager on Duty.
• Stay alert and uphold Burlington's safety and security standards throughout shifts.
