Description
Identifying theft while reviewing video footage of various company locations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Review system generated reports to identify discrepancies in inventory.
- Review videos to observe customer and associate behavior.
- Identify and document incidents of theft or suspected theft.
- Prepare detailed reports for review with management and clients regarding incidents.
- Attend off-site client meetings to present findings and interview customers/associates of suspected theft.
- Work with various stakeholders and authorities to achieve resolution.
- Ability to conduct and report on-site audits across all parts of the business.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required. Continuing education with bachelors in criminal justice or retail management strongly preferred.
- Experience with video review for loss prevention.
- Self-directed with proven track record of delivering results
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time - Southeastern Michigan through Northern Ohio
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
