Compensation: $17.00 / hour

Description

Identifying theft while reviewing video footage of various company locations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review system generated reports to identify discrepancies in inventory.
  • Review videos to observe customer and associate behavior.
  • Identify and document incidents of theft or suspected theft.
  • Prepare detailed reports for review with management and clients regarding incidents.
  • Attend off-site client meetings to present findings and interview customers/associates of suspected theft.
  • Work with various stakeholders and authorities to achieve resolution.
  • Ability to conduct and report on-site audits across all parts of the business.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required. Continuing education with bachelors in criminal justice or retail management strongly preferred.
  • Experience with video review for loss prevention.
  • Self-directed with proven track record of delivering results
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time - Southeastern Michigan through Northern Ohio
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
