Citi Trends in Savannah, GA is seeking a Sr. Director, Loss Prevention and Safety to lead analytics, policy enforcement, and program management across stores. This senior role oversees data-driven improvements to reduce shrink and enhance associate safety.

You will partner with field leadership and corporate teams to drive change, streamline processes, and manage LP assets and vendor relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years’ experience in operational support or financial analysis in a multi-unit environment.
• Experience in project management and process improvement.
• Experience managing data to analyze trends to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Leverage loss prevention data to identify trends and opportunities with partners across the organization.
• Streamline and improve LP reporting, automating where possible with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee LP expenses, vendor management, store alarm systems and security programs.
• Collaborate with finance to develop forecasts and budgets, and analyze spend variances.
• Lead LP projects, defining scope and deliverables across security systems and related tech.
• Act as LP point person on test and control analytics and recommend improvements.
