Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to partner with store leadership and the Ross Investigative & Safety Center to mitigate external theft and fraud. You will coordinate with law enforcement to resolve incidents and protect customers and assets.
The role focuses on monitoring, incident documentation, and collaboration with stores and partners to reduce losses and maintain a safe shopping environment.
The Loss Prevention Specialist works in partnership with the Sr. Area Loss Prevention Manager, Ross Investigative & Safety Center and store leadership team to mitigate external theft and fraud in stores by providing service to customers demonstrating the intent to cause loss or commit fraud and coordinating with law enforcement to resolve external theft incidents and trespass known theft subjects from stores.

High School diploma or equivalent education; Four-year degree or equivalent preferred
