Responsabilidades

• Analyze mortgage loans to determine eligibility for loss mitigation options per investor/regulatory guidelines.
• Review borrower loss mitigation packages, identify missing docs, and request additional information as needed.
• Prepare and issue approval/denial notices per requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Lending when referring borrowers for refinance options.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Specialists and servicing teams to obtain documentation and finalize solutions.
• Maintain documentation in loan systems and workflows, including investor tracking.
• Complete escrow analyses and pro forma calculations supporting decisions.
• Meet productivity, quality, and workout-to-portfolio performance targets.

This role reviews borrower financial documentation, applies investor and regulatory guidelines, prepares required notices, and works closely with servicing partners to move approved solutions through completion.
