Job summary

Daimler Truck North America LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Recovery and Bankruptcy Specialist to lead and develop teams focused on Bankruptcy and Loss Recovery. You will work with Attorneys and Agencies to maximize post‑charge-off collections and occasional court appearances.

You will coach US and Mexico call teams, monitor call quality, analyze risk, and drive cost efficiency through process improvements, with a BS/BA and 2–4 years of experience (or 6 years in lieu of degree).

**Inside the Role**The successful candidate in this role will lead, manage and develop assigned teams. This position is responsible for Bankruptcy and Loss Recovery which includes working directly with our Attorneys and Agencies to maximize collections efforts post charge off and repossession and the occasional court appearance. Provide active coaching and mentoring to team members. Ensure proper analysis and controls are present to manage risk and expenses to improve overall performance and efficiencies within the Recovery and Bankruptcy processes. This candidate will also be responsible for call quality for US and Mexico for High Risk accounts to identify and communicate any training gaps and to provide positive feedback for area of improvements.**Posting Information**We provide a scheduled posting end date to assist our candidates with their application planning.
