Qualifications

• 2 years of higher education and/or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and compile loss mitigation documentation from customers.
• Evaluate loss mitigation files for completion.
• Identify required documents for loss mitigation (e.g., hardship letter, bank statements, pay stubs, alimony, social security/pension evidence).
• Request missing or additional documentation to move the borrower’s request forward.
• Communicate with the Single Point of Contact regarding follow up requests.
• Adhere to compliance/operational risk controls and company policies.
• Maintain internal controls and address audit findings.
• Support an inclusive environment and reflect the M&T Bank brand.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
