Responsibilities

• Oversee in-person and/or data analytic oversight of internal and third-party measurement transactions and systems.
• Gather data, document, and prepare savings reports and update dashboards/KPIs.
• Identify Loss Control issues and lead improvement initiatives at a local level with stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of MPC Loss Control SOP, API, data interpretation, and reconciliation of system balance across Marine, Pipeline and/or Refinery operations.

Directs related reports and recommendations to appropriate personnel.* Develops functional knowledge e.g., MPC Loss Control SOP, API, interpret/analyst data, reconcile system balance, MPC operation (e.g., Marine, Pipeline and/or Refinery), software and tools. Monitors and stays up to date with industry, federal, state, or local resources.* Supports the development and maintenance of Loss Control standards, processes, procedures, and custody transfer measurement systems; introduces new technologies to help the company minimize hydrocarbon loss.* Supports investigations and audits to ensure procedural compliance relative to loss control and measurement standards.
