West Bend is looking for a Loss Control Representative to join our exceptional team! This opportunity will be handing Commercial, Specialty and Workers Comp accounts. The internal deadline to apply is 06/25/25. External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open.
This is a fully remote/work from home role where you will spend 60% of your time in the field, servicing the NW Illinois territory. On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events.The ideal candidate should either reside in the NW Illinois region or be willing to relocate to serve this area.
Preferred Experience and Skills
Preferred Education and Training
· Bachelor’s degree in safety, Risk Management, loss control, insurance or related field
· Designation in safety, health or insurance (CSP, ASP, ARM, CRM, CIC, CPCU, etc.)
The salary range for this position is $67,000 - $110,000
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
