Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial insurance loss control inspection experience.
• Knowledge of commercial property, general liability, and workers’ compensation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with online reporting systems and document uploads.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments electronically and review all inspection requirements.
• Contact the insured to schedule appointments via phone, email or text.
• Conduct on-site evaluations of properties, assessing building systems, life safety, maintenance and liability exposures.
• Capture interior and exterior photos per structure (20–35 photos).
• Take measurements using measuring wheel, laser, or satellite methods.
• Update inspection status in ASI’s online platform and complete reports using Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch.
