Regional Reporting, Inc. (RRI) is one of the largest independently owned providers of Loss Control to the property and casualty Insurance industry. We specialize in Property, General Liability, Products Liability, Fleet, Inland Marine, and Workers' Compensation.

RRI is seeking an experienced Insurance Loss Control Consultant to conduct commercial insurance loss control inspections across our coverage territory.

Insurance Loss Control Consultant

This role involves performing commercial insurance inspections and completing underwriting reports used by insurance companies for policy underwriting.

Responsibilities
  • Perform onsite inspections, photograph, and observe interior and exterior of facilities.
  • Assess business operations for insurance exposures and potential improvements.
  • Document findings in online insurance underwriting reports.
  • Travel to insured locations, coordinate inspections, and communicate with clients.
  • Complete reports and upload photos and diagrams regularly.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years’ experience with Loss Control Service Providers or Major Insurance Carriers.
  • Understanding of commercial insurance lines, especially Property, General Liability, and Inland Marine.
  • Ability to identify building construction types and ISO classes.
  • Knowledge of NFPA codes.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work remotely with necessary equipment and a valid driver’s license.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders up to 6 feet and use measurement tools and cameras.
Compensation

Assignments are paid starting at $110, with a pay rate of from $35/hour. Work schedule is flexible, with no more than 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Location is multiple sites, with some overnight travel possible.
