What's in Store
Davies Risk Services is looking for an experienced
Client Account Manager. The ideal professional will be a team player focused on managing clients and working with internal teams. A positive and upbeat perspective is required as well as the ability to work on various projects that will evolve as our technology and processes change.
To be successful in this role, you need to be able to work and communicate with Davies Risk Services associates in all departments as well as with clients. You must have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality. Additionally, you will need to least 5 years of customer success-related experience and client management. This role is a full-time, home-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage Loss Control client accounts and work with DRS, ensuring any service or quality related issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly with focus on client success
- Draft and deliver MSA/SOW for new account set up and annual updated SOW for clients
- Evaluate and negotiate price increases as necessary to support Davies’ growth and revenue
- Have a full understanding of all of Davies service offerings throughout the different divisions and promote cross-sale product offerings to our clients
- Provide quality care and support in a variety of areas including problem solving and responding to clients and colleagues within the required timeframe
- Hold minimum 4 quarterly strategic stewardship calls with client leadership to build multiple relationships within organizations
- Work with all departments within DRS to ensure client success from initial client set up to delivery of the completed report
- Compile and generate time service and profitability reports for client accounts
- Monitor client inspection order volume & collaborate with clients to identify organic growth opportunities
- Coordinate and attend on-site client meetings and industry trade shows (Ability to travel is a requirement of this role
- Monitor inspections for client rejections, cancellations, reorders

This role is a full-time, remote position.
Skills, knowledge & expertise
- Associates degree or higher is preferred but not required
- 2 years of customer success-related experience is preferred but not required
- Industry recognized professional accreditations are preferred but not required
- Proactive, independent, and takes initiative with consistent follow through
- Superb communication skills, verbal and written, conducted in a timely manner
- Superior time management skills with capability of working with and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional capability to multi-task and prioritize with excellent organization and documentation skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent team player with interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Capable of working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
- Exhibit discretion with sensitive and confidential information
- Display a comfort level working with key people at all levels within an organization
