Job summary

HR-Business-Solutions is seeking a full‑time Logistics Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations in Los Angeles and nearby areas, including inland transportation, cross‑border delivery, and last‑mile distribution.

You will develop routing plans, manage vendors, and track cargo across nodes while ensuring on‑time delivery and cost efficiency. Bilingual English/Chinese and strong Excel/WMS/TMS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese; capable of negotiating and coordinating with external partners.
• Proficient in Excel and generating operation reports.
• Familiarity with WMS/TMS logistics systems and data ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, inland trucking, cross-border delivery, container handling, and last‑mile distribution.
• Develop logistics schedules and routing plans to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Manage third‑party vendors including trucking, warehousing, and customs brokers; monitor performance and contracts.
• Track cargo through all logistics nodes and handle delays, damages, or holds to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Create and improve SOPs, inventory policies, and inspection standards; supervise team implementation.
• Coordinate with domestic HQ, overseas clients, and partners; report risks and improvement plans.
• Monitor monthly logistics budget; analyze costs and propose efficiency initiatives.
