Job summary

Advancing People Ltd. is recruiting for a Logistics Manager to oversee LA-area warehousing, inland trucking, cross-border delivery, and last-mile distribution. You will develop routing plans, optimize routes, and control transportation and warehousing costs.

The role requires hands-on experience in U.S. logistics, fluency in English and Chinese, and proficiency with Excel and WMS/TMS systems to generate operational reports and ledgers. Long-term, full-time commitment in Los Angeles is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in the United States with port operations and drayage is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for negotiations, email, and on-site coordination.
• Proficient in Excel and WMS/TMS logistics systems; able to generate operation reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of warehouses in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, inland trucking, cross-border delivery, container loading/unloading, and last-mile distribution.
• Develop logistics schedules, optimize trucking routes, and manage transportation and warehousing costs.
