Workforce Recruiter is assisting a leading labor and employment law firm in Los Angeles to hire a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney. Hybrid role requiring CA bar admission, 4–7 years of relevant experience, and substantial exposure to wage & hour, PAGA, and class actions.

You will advise employers on compliance with federal and state laws, handle diverse litigation, and collaborate with a high-performing team in a sophisticated practice environment.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing.
• 4-7 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Significant experience handling wage & hour, PAGA, and class action matters in state and federal courts.
• Strong background advising employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Arbitration, mediation, or trial experience is required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating within a team.
• Comfortable with AI-driven and emerging technologies to boost efficiency.
• Prior large or sophisticated law firm experience preferred.

Our client, a leading management-side labor and employment law firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Los Anglesoffice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced associate to work on sophisticated employment matters for a diverse client base, including complex wage and hour, PAGA, and class action litigation. The role offers meaningful responsibility, client interaction, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, high-performing employment law team.

Candidate Profile

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary Range: $275,000 – $330,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
