Role Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to support daily operations, drive sales, and manage inventory at our Boston store. The ASM will foster client relationships and contribute to key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development: Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead the team, optimize sales, and ensure high-level luxury service.
  • Team Management: Assist in overseeing team performance, coaching, and development, including recruitment and training.
  • Operations: Manage inventory, store maintenance, and operational procedures, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
