Qualifications

• College coursework in elementary/secondary education, Work Keys Certificate, ETS Test, or equivalent accepted.
• Complete LARA (PA 116) mandated requirements: CCBC background check incl. fingerprinting, CCBC eligibility, MiRegistry modules A/B/C, ARC/AHA card submission.
• Display physical, social, mental and emotional soundness to execute duties.
• Regular and on-time in-person attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality instruction using evidence-based methods within LOOP sessions.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs in a limited hours window.
• Under Lead Academic Teacher guidance, provide supplemental activities for groups and individuals.
• Maintain classroom environment and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with LOOP staff and attend planning meetings.
