Job summary

Burlington Industries Richmond Plant is seeking a maintenance technician to keep looms and related equipment in good working order. You will diagnose issues, restore functionality, and prepare machines for style changes.

Responsibilities include checking warps, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with repairs as part of a hands-on maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience maintaining textile looms or industrial equipment is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose loom malfunctions and perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• To maintain all assigned looms and related equipment in good working conditions.
• Locate loom in question, diagnose trouble with loom and restore loom to workable state of repair.
• Check warps on assigned looms to see if any will be out on shift.
• Prepare looms for style changes.
• Conduct preventive maintenance.
• Assist other technicians with style changes or heavy repairs.
